    Hi all you good looking people can you help on a meile w828,customer selects main wash after starting and seemingly run’s correctly for 1,1/2 hrs the main wash light flashes ,m/c continues to wash to end 3,1/2hrs with light still flashing:w828 sn00/47687770 :rolls:

    Main wash light flashing indicates heater fault, machine washes cold to end of wash.
    Norm needs new heater element part no 6260480 £64.76 + vat
    Have had a few with just the terminal burnt up so worth checking first. Also check that air trap is clean as have had some heating with no water causing heater failure.

    cheers clayside,I had checked heater and n.t.c on first visit but customer called me back,but before I got there it repaired itself!! but thanks once again it’s good to go in mob handed,regards nige

    I’ve had quite a few of these to be NTC faults

    update yep right again seamy ntc messing about but it took 2 week’s to reoccur ta mate
