I have been to this machine and found there to be no flood but a small spot of corrosion on the corner of the mains/flood board that sits in the base cleaned it up put it back and it worked.
Then i got a call its gone off again so off i went only to find again no flood and it just worked when i tryed it so i cleaned the filters as it seemed slow to empty and left.
Then another phone call its f1 again.????
Can any one shed some light on these machines particularly how they know the water level it seems to be done on time not level as they will fill again if you switch off and restart????

    Hi

Had a similar problem on one of these, and the problem was a break in the link support which holds the gubbins out of the way when you close the drawer (if its the plastic type) and every now and again it gets caught and the lid wont close properly letting a splash of water in to the base which had dried by the time i got there. Or just looking through the service bulletins there a list as long as your arm of random things which cause F1 faults, If you p.m. your Fax number i’ll fax em too you.

    Cheers

    Nige
