After a thunderstorm and resulting power cut, my Sanyo EM-D953 microwave oven no longer works. The convection oven and grill work fine, and the turntable and fan operate OK, but there is no microwave radiation. The food is stone cold. It worked fine until the power cut.

Can anyone tell me what spare I am likely to need, and a source near Aylesbury/Milton Keynes area? Thanks.

Erm, sorry, no. Take it to a pro and get it fixed. High voltage circuit can run at up to 4,500 volts – the capacitor may store up to 2,500 volts. Do not, under any circumstances, remove the covers.
