Audible ‘whistle’ from speaker. Only spin light showing. No error code in diagnostic mode showing.

If During normal operation the spin light comes on this is a user fault Code
Spin light only flashing usually indicates Out of balance error
Could be OOB Switch fault ,blocked pump Or faulty pump, Suspension or Bias Spring
At What stage of cycle is this happening ?
Is it filling ,washing Etc ?
Does it pump out all the water
