We found out on Thursday that CDSL are not collecting any returns from the 17th October. Rather late for us to find that out.

We have been trying since the 13th to get them to pick up spare returns, no joy, since the 17th weve added to the pile somewhat.

I now have eight boxes of spares totaling £750.00+vat for return which CDSL will not collect this month, will not return credit to me until the contra of 23rd December, yet expect me to pay in full for on the contra of the 23rd November.

GA has refused point blank to help, saying its out of his hands with the decisions being further up the food chain at CDSL.

I am from now implementing a policy of not reordering damaged/incorrect spares until the credit note is isssued, the customer can wait.

More than one way to skin a cat.

Book the part out and then create a recall job! At least I heard that could be done, wouldn’t do it myself though.

    Personally I think that’s a disgrace, thankfully it’s one problem I don’t have as I don’t work for CDSL.

Is there evidence of other people treated in the same manner then it can be put in open forum?

I’m more concerned that it is a tactic, not a policy Sean.
