Ive used this forum once before and it was fabulous the replies I got so thought i would try again. My problem happened once before but went away and has now come back again. I put 2 tablets in the right of the drawer but the machine is not rinsing them from the drawer. I had a thought this time to pull out the drawer completely to see what was going on and when the programme starts its running water on the lhs and not on the rhs where it should be. Why would it change sides and how do I get it back! Many thanks.

Cold water comes through the left hand side, hot through the left. If you have poor pressure on the hot side, the water will dribble down the back wall of the dispenser rather than running over the roof and into the drawer itself. If the valve had failed, you would get a fault code, so it’s obviously getting enough water to operate.

Solution which may work is to put your tablets into the bottom of the drum, then load the laundry. The rising water will start to dissolve them straight away and the wash should proceed normally.

Did you mean hoton the right? I think I understand what u r saying although when I started the cycle, with the drawer completely out, the water appeared to be coming out the holes perfectly on the lhs and nothing at all on the rhs, I could even see any dribble. I know what you mean about putting the tablets in the drawer but I was annoyed by that as it should be working properly. So basically it could be the water pressure? Strange as it was working b4 but I guess pressure can change at different times? Thanks.
