PNC 914602005/00
Initial complaint was no heat on washer or dryer, customer thought they used the same heater.
All elements and stats are fine, pump drains perfectly, customer thinks she has seen a very occasional E20 but just presses start button and it seemed to clear. The only error I could get up in diagnostics for last error was door not locked/closed. Door lock is working fine. I can get a live feed to the water heater but no return. The dryer heater does in fact work but the reason it does not dry is because the fan motor is not running although it checks out electrically. 😕
Anything I should be concentrating on, all the pipework to the pressure switches ‘appears’ to be clear.
