    Hi folks, got a problem where I can’t clear the ‘err’ code on the ZWF1631. Any of the buttons, including the reset/skip give the err code. Is there a way of ‘rebooting’ the electronics

    Better tell us what code you’ve got then. Some are “user warnings” which will reset when the machine is next used; some are “error codes”, in which case the machine will need specific attention.

    Thats it ‘err’. the manual says that an incororrect option selection has been made. but i can’t reset. POwering it on & off doesn’t change it
