    I have a Sharp convection/microwave, smart and easy carousel,
    Model: R-9X56
    Serial no: 960105622

    The micowave works fine. The convection oven when you program the temperature and time, then it pre-heats, (then it should says add food). At the moment it doesnt stop pre-heating. It will pre-heat for about 3mins and then stop (flashes the temperature), if you push start again it will start pre-heating again.

    Please can someone Help me
    Any suggestions

    Probably some sort of sensor failure. Do not be tempted to try and repair this yourself – the microwave circuits run at up to 4,500 volts and can store it as well.

    Pro help is the only safe option……..
