    I’ve a faulty Diplomat ADP 8332 showing code “FA” and have been adviced by MFI to get an engineer out at cost. Has anyone else come across this fault? or have a check list what it may be.

    It’s to do with the optical water device, down in the sump. If you are very lucky, a thorough clean will get things going again. If it doesn’t, a service visit may be your best option as the fault may be the device itself, the wiring or the computer board.

    Power off if removing any panel.

    Thanks for that

    I’d found similar advice throughout the pages of this forum.

    So had powered down disconnected tipped back cleaned reconnected what ever I could without having to go too technical tried it with a clean wash and it has been fine since.

    Didn’t find anything obvious,

    But it works for now.
