    I have looked through your site and have seen similar questions but this is slightly different.

    I resently wanted to clean the oven so I turned off the power. When i turned it back on the electronic screen showed ‘-off’. (Now I must admit that the front screen is missing from the LED and I don’t have the Manual, I have only moved in recently.)

    Now there are four buttons under the display and I can set the clock, timer and reset the panel back to -off, whatever I try nothing in the over works. Grill, lights, nothing. Seems to point me to an issue with the electronic display.

    There’s no firenzi website as they seem to be buyers and not makers. As it seems to be only an eletronic thing I’m loathed to send for a repair man for him to press a button and go 50 quid squire :o)

    Has anybody got any good ideas?

    This is part of the electrolux group. If you drop the door and look for label on either side or top you will reference to a PNC number. Post that up on this site and Im sure one of us will be able to help.
