    Hi All,
Fitted a new heater last week, And after drying a couple of loads the display seem to be stuck on:
    Time to run 2.28min
All the top segments of the display are lit along with Cuboard Dry.
After 30 seconds or so the display flashes on/off goes off, then comes back on showing time to run 2.28min. Is there a test or display mode on this model and if so, can it be cleared by button pushing. If not I am thinking one of the boards must be at fault, But which one?

    Any help much appreciated

The only test mode on these requires the hardware key and a test link fitted inside the drum. You could try pressing and holding the Start/Cancel button to clear . Can you cancel the time by pressing the Timed option button repeatedly until display says OFF. ❓

Faults should display an error code.

    Jim.

    Thanks Iadom,
Tried holding stop/cancel and holding the time button which went to off, But then went straight back to the same fault. Previous to fiting the new heater the customer told me the RCD had been tripping constantly, But as they do, they keep reseting the trip and try the machine again. Maybe this has damaged one of the boards.

I am going to go with the module rather that the LCD diplay. unless any one knows different. I hate ordering boards when Im not completely
    sure there at fault.
