On the off chance that my 13 year old Neff fully integrated washer/dryer (model no GDS062.11) needs replacing, would I be best advised to
a) replace with another washer/dryer, if so which (bearing in mind that I would want it to fit in the same space and that I am fully satisfied with the Neff), or
b) replace with washer only and have a tumble dryer in garage outside (power but no water or drainage), the same comments as above apply when advising on choice.
Stand alone appliances are undoubtedly more efficient than the combination machines, especially with regard to drying. However, you could tell us what is amiss with your present machine. The older Bosch Group machines were a class act and should not be casually discarded.
You need to check that model number though…… Have a look on the inside of the door.
The E no is V4280G1GB/01, the model No is given on the Neff web site for that E No.
I’m hoping that it is fixable (Engineer coming to look at dryer part – see http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ic&t=19115), the advice is just in case it cannot be sorted (it is a case of being prepared!).
