    Arrgggh pigging Indesit again 😥

Machine worked fine last time customer used it, when she came to use it again it refused to start up fully

When switched on the On/off indicator flashes and holds as normal, door lock clicks and locks then nothing. No usuall relay click on the module. Timer/switch will reset as normal.

Any clues guys n gals’ before I order a module? 😕

Seem to remember had same fault a few months ago, like you I was on module route. Can’t recall why I checked brushes but did and that was it. Worn brushes.

    Thanks Brian

Checked the brushes, machine only two years old 😥

:rolls: expected lifespan for indesit :rolls:

Worn brushes r the norm 4 this fault but also broken wires 2 motor / motor plug 2 mod ,

if the mod does not recieve return tracer sig through motor it will do the listed fault.

only fault that does not result in timer ticking round or led flashing

A broken wire at heater can also cause this fault.

    Update.

    Module faulty as first suspected.

Thanks guys for the suggestions, I will “log” them into memory for future reference 😉
