I am trying to identify the motor I require for the above machine

The motor fitted at the moment is a GEC with green label.

The S.No: of the machine is 27130018.

From enquiries so far i have narrowed it down to either:

HOTPOINT 1604812 MTR 800-1200 Analogue motor
HOTPOINT 1604822 MTR 1000-1200 digital Motor

Is there a way of identifying which of these I should get without returning to the customers?

Also I believe one of these can come as a kit which appears to include the pecker arm assy cable, is this required for this job?

    Thanks,

    Keith.

The machine is an integrated Washer/Dryer.

Partfinder is not date code specific, you need to check on the control unit.
Fixing kit 1604977 required for either Anologue or Digi to fit FHP motor in place of GDA motor. Why not fit a new ARM 20 instead?

    Good point!

Is there an OPN for the ARM 20. I have looked at a couple of suppliers but the reference ARM 20 doesn’t come up.

ARM 20 available from Qualtex, although I did hear that Hotpoint are using ARM 20’s themselves now. I’m sure Dave Conway could source one for you if you don’t have a Qualtex account. Original NLA but there may be one or two lying around somewhere.

Just checked and Masterpart list it as HP0301.

    Jim.
