    Hi,
I inherited this dishwasher when I moved into my new house in June. After a few early glitches all seemed to be working ok for the last 2 months until this weekend.
The machine only got about 10 minutes into its cycle before stopping leaving the bottom of the machine awash with dirty water. I tried resetting and starting the machine 4 or 5 times but to no avail.
The machine is flashing the third light from the left (R). I unplugged the machine to take a closer look and, after draining as much water as I could with a cup (couldn’t see a filter or any drain plug anywhere on the machine), noticed that the base of the machine was awash too.
I have drained this and plugged the machine back on. The red mains light comes on but none of the green program lights come on.
In basic terms, is it knackered or is there a fix available???
    Cheers,

In theory, it’s no drain in the time allowed. Holding down the programme button *should* cancel whatever programme it was on. Find the blockage – sink spigot is always a good bet. If you can’t hear the drain pump running, it may well have eaten something which disagreed with it, so will have to be removed from underneath and dismantled.

Power off, of course. Click the link below for a UKW engineer if you are not sure how to proceed.
