    Hi,
Have had the above dishwasher for a couple of years with no problems. Today, though, it wont respond to input on the control panel. All the lights are on constant, and the stop button doesn’t turn them off. If I turn it off at the wall, the lights are back on when I put the switch back on again. The manual doesn’t cover this, other than saying the door is not closed properly? Could it be the microswitch on the latch? Or any other suggestions?

    Thanks.

Correct. Or the latch mechanism. Or both…. you never know with these Chinese dishwashers.

Power off if opening up the door to investigate. The edges of the door are as sharp as a razor, BTW.

Hi, Thanks for the reply, I’ve tried bypassing the microswitch but no joy. I also tried the mechanism with the door dismantled, no joy. It just will not respond to any input.

In that case the circuit board’s probably a gonner……

Personally, I have no idea as to price or a source – an email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk should get you results if you wish to keep this one going.
