Got this customer [a bit of a knob ,aledgedly] says neither the salt or rinse aid indicators come on , ie he thinks it’s not using any of the said items, but he does admit to topping ’em up ,so it must be using some!
He then shows me a glass thats got this white coating on the outside that won’t shift! I’ve adjusted the water softener [now 6 flashes ,yes hard water round here] & tweaked the rinse aid up to #5 on the little dial. He’s using 3 in 1 tablets, told him to use Fairy Active Burst tabs. The m/c is less than 2 yrs old is there owt else to look for ? As I said before you carn’t tell this bloke owt with out him questioning you as if you were making it up, you know the type 🙁 .

If he use short program (daily) is natural to have this results. (User manual is said to not use tablets on those programs). 😈

For the first argument: let him to taste water from inside and to say if it’s salty or not :eeek: …. I’ve done this with some of nasty clients and results were  ….
