    Hi

We accidently stopped a wash cycle midway, the washing machine is now stuck, the conditioner light keeps flashing, the machine is just past its warranty date, i’ve tried every solution on the internet to no avail, i am hoping one of you would be able to help

I’ve tried the solution most commonly listed to reset the above model, which is

turn off (switch only) -> Set dial to 90 degree wash -> Turn on holding the start / cancel button -> Start LED flashes -> Turn Dial to spin -> Hold Start / Cancel button for another three seconds

    Nothing happens at all

On Releasing teh Start / Cancel button, all the LED’s flash, if I then press the Start / Cancel button again, it begins a manual wash cycle, i have to advance through the cycle by pressing the Start / Cancel button each time, for Eg : It first fills the drum with water and waits, on pressing Start / Cancel it starts washing, then on press of Start / Cancel it drains, spins etc, this is dangerous as for eg the machine might be spinning infinitely unless the Start / Cancel button is pressed, I can’t get the machine to actually restart the complete program again, What is the best way forward, how do i reset the da** thing, I’ve been pulling my hair trying to sort this out :o(, any help would be gratefully received

    Hi There.
Sounds like you have got the machine into its test mode.My info says to exit the test mode all you have to do is switch off the machine.
You need to read the lights in the programme follower to work out the fault.
Follow the procedure you have been given ie Turn dial to 90 then Power on holding start/pause/cancel. Turn dial to spin position. Press start/pause once more. Look at the programme follower leds. From top to bottom are they on or off. This will give you a binary code 1 for on and 0 for off. Tell me what you get….
    Cheers
