Just to let you know, that from the weekend I no longer am a director of UKW, I have resigned.
Whilst I remain a share holder I will have no influence over the day to day direction the company takes, this does not affect my involvement within the ISE set up.

I have not answered this post although I have been asked about it plenty by many people. It’s about time the truth was known.
The short of it is that Heath resigned as he was discovered to have been misusing funds from UK Whitegoods and Heath had little choice but to resign.
As for ISE, well, in actual fact Heath was sacked as a director for gross misconduct as it was discovered that he had also misused funds from ISE at the same time.
We have attempted to settle this matter amicably but Heath decided to go legal, where it has been due to his constant delaying tactics, for the last two years.
Heath is no longer a shareholder of ISE and has nothing to do with ISE whatsoever nor has had for over two years.
I am quite sure that you can imagine what I think of the man as well as his wife and her friend who was employed to do the accounts.
If anyone wants more of the gory details they have to but ask as I’ve nothing to hide in this sordid affair.
