    Hi ! went to this today, does anyone know if you need a tool to remove/refit the door seal clamping band, or can it be done without? and doees anyone know the part number for the door seal ??

    Serial number required (or does the seal have the detergent recovery tube at the bottom ?)

    Right i see! just looked on connects, and there is a zanussi spring type band listed for it, will give that a try, as i want to keep my skin on my knuckles!!!!

    I actually changed a door seal on one of these with the spring clamp last week, it was worse than doing the dreaded Zanussi one. My clothes pegs were not thick enough. Finished up using large wedges of thick, folded cardboard at various points around the seal to hold it whilst I forced it over the rest of it. It was a cold morning and my finger ends were very sore afterwards. 😥
