Hi folks ,customer complaining of dirty dishes & not heating up but going thro’ wash. Checked heater & wiring thro’ to pcb all ok! Tested on 40c wash, fills washes releases detergent washes for about 5mins then empties & starts agian ,but no flashing lights for fault codes, Iguess it could be the pcb but I havn’t had much to do with these m/cs so is there anything else to look for ?
    cheers Chris..

    Hi
Ive had a similar fault where customer had ordered heater and module to find that after fitting, still no heat.
Turned out to be a faulty NTC, and again showed NO fault code 😀

Cheers Greg ,but what is a NTC? As I said I’m not fimiliar with these m/cs, I guess a NTC is cheaper than a PCB, any part#?

    Hi
NTC is p/no 48122868035 around £20. This is a twist fit situated below filters and protrudes vertically up out of sump area, can’t miss it, its white and looks like a bullet.
The NTC kit will come with new wires and some crimping may be required.
Make sure you put some insulating tape along the edge of the drip tray as they are razor sharp 😯
