caple dishwashers D1415 AND D1440

I haqve been out to both of these machines today and they both have the same fault.They are both aprox 2 months old and both are really awkward to get access to(tiles fitted after machines fitted.plynth cemented in.no access to drain or fill hoses,and hardly any clearance under bench top)
Both machines start the program and pump out for about a minute,then just stop with no fault code.It would appear that they are stopping at the fill position,but there is no buzzing noise to suggest that the fill solenoida are getting power to them.In the past I have found on other brands that a new air break,solenoid or cleaning out of the pressure tubes rectifies the problem,but this is usually on older well used machines.As I have said access is the problem so I did not have the opportunity to carry out a more detailed diagnosis.
I would appreciate any feedback,particularly from anybody who may have seen these or similar appliances(maybe somebody may know this appliance under a different brand)
