    Not been to this yet but customer unable to set grill although fan oven works ok. On pressing appropriate buttons grill symbol should appear in display but she can`t get this on display :?.

    Looks a very complicated set up and from BSH website it appears to have no less than 3 control units and a clock unit. She has owned this oven for several years and I`ve repeatedly questioned her that she`s pressing the correct buttons :).

    Seems a strange one to me and any help greatly appreciated.

    Hi Bryan
    When you get there check out the manual before doing anything 😀
    Make sure you can hear a definite tact switch click when pressing appropriate buttons.
    Failing that it’s not un heard of for the control unit on l/h/s to go faulty 267876.
