Does this define anything in particular…I presume if it was the belt youd still hear something, but this just doesn’t start operating..
Could it be something straightforward that I could tackle myself (I’m technical minded but NOT a white goods engineer…!)

I’ve got to see it now so apologies for lack of reply..It is a M2002W model and what happens is that when the on button is pressed the power light comes on briefly (half a second) then goes off. Could the switch be slipping or broken ins 😕 ide or an electrical component be overloading?
