I have a leak coming from the bottom of my washing machine, only 3/4 way through cycle and was going to check the pump but was wondering how to get at it. Any help, tips please

    Hi,

That machine is quite specialised as far as I am aware and there are 18 different versions, so you will need the PNC and/or serial number. 😕

The cabinet splits in two, as is the case with most Zanussis but it doesn’t look simple to get at in the least so I’d have recommend that you seek pro help if you’re unsure.

    The type is P6749639
    prod no 91451300500
    ser no 13800184

The machine starts leaking on the rinse cycle as soon as it starts draining the machine

Probably not your machine that is at fault then? I suspect your waste pipe is blocked and overflowing? Does the grey drain hose hook into a stand pipe? If so, take a close look at that pipe as it may be where the fault lies? 😉
