I have problem with this machine slect prog 4 40c wash machine heats up to 40c timer moves one step then sticks and does not move on I have changed module which hasn’t cured problem anyone got any suggestions.

Is there no one out there who knows anything about these machine’s I have quite a few on my patch and they are the worst machine I have come across for unusual faults the information for them on the sios disc is useless, they are a Smeg machine badged Whirlpool I know they suffer from broken wires usually from the motor then the program aborts but this problem has got me foxed I now have two machine with the same fault. Help
