    Hi Folks.
    Got this job to go to on monday.
    Customer reports the filter alarm comes on and stops the dryer working, although the filter is completely clear. Any ideas where I should be directing my attention. Due to family commitments I do not have much time to spend per job at the moment, any assistance much appreciated.

    I thought that this was a condensor model, and was really expecting a bigger problem than I found.
    This dryer was in a recent Barn conversion. An extension to the outlet hose had been threaded through the roof void forming a u trap which had filled with condensate. No airflow= filter light on.
    The good bit is they will probably have to take the ceiling down to rectify the problem. Bob the builder will be pleased.
