    Thank you for this excellent site and service.

    I have one niggle, however, which is that the search facility (as recommended for common faults), frequently times out and displays the “cannot find server” screen

    It’s a server issue and will be resolved fairly soon when the new one comes on line.

    In the meantime, ask your questions and we’ll try and answer them.
