Hoover Logic 1200 won’t drain

Hi there! *waves*

My boyfriend’s old Hoover Logic 1200 washing machine won’t drain away. The problem has come on suddenly so we’re guessing it might need the filter cleaning out? 😕

However, we can’t see anything on the front, where we’d normally expect to see a little door or flap for the filter 😳 Before we pull the machine out, can someone please advise if it’s on the side somewhere or around the back?
