Hi, I have a call to one of these next week, cust says the door button is realy hard to push in , I was thinking maybe taking an interlock with me, has anyone come across this ??

Don’t bother taking an Interlock as the fault is the push button release mechanism itself. The rivets wear and the whole assembly goes loose. You just need the tighten the rivets with a pair of molegrips and a can of 3 in 1 oil to finish the job! 😉
