    Hi,

    Can any one relate any common faults on this machine. I am going to it
    Thursday. Having not worked on one of this type before some pointers
    would be appreciated.

    This is what the customer related to me in an email:

    “I cannot get any of the programmes to start.

    The dryer symbol flashes when I select a program with drying.

    I can reduce the time by eliminating the drying or I can keep the drying
    part of the programme in. However no cycle will start what ever
    programme I select.”

    Having spoken to the customer there are no fault codes being displayed.

    possible flood into base,lots of leaks & overfills on modern ind d/ws.can customer hear drain pump running!
