Smeg WD16BA washer dryer

Afternoon all,im new ere and was wondering if anyone could help,,,smeg WD16BA integrated washer dryer,timer keeps turning on its own,and the appliance keeps filling with water constantly,door lock also does not activate???has what looks like a control module at front(base),speed control module at rear,and a pre-select type timer,also has a small amount of water in the base,but this is minimal – not enough to affect the float switch…also where can i source parts as it is a private chargeable job???? – thnks
