Hi Chaps,
This machine starts with the ready light on when the start button is depressed the ready light goes out and the Active light comes on, with in a few seconds it cuts out back to ready, I tried it on various function and it does the same on all programs any ideas please

I suspect the module board has gone on this? Megger the motor as the motor could have been the culprit?

I have had similar problem on a Siemens and if I remember it was failed motor brushes. The board monitors the machine before starting and aborts if problems in circuit of components. Worth checking as simply solved and easier than checking boards.

It could be motor brushes……..But usually they will fill up first then you get lights flashing at you!, is the door locking?? I have found with the WFD series that occasionally the plug comes detatched from the interlock, whether this is true for the WFL too?
I have found motors fail and take out the control module and can make them do all sorts of weird things 😕
I had a spider across the tracks on one the other week that had blown a board 😯
