Hi all
I have a wpl awm5145/2 which starts up ok but seems to pause mid wash sometimes for several mins and sometimes for hours.
It seems to happen by the arrow ?rince and the 1 rince & spin.
you hear a buz click but nothing happens.
If you select just rince or spin it works ok.
it seems as if the advance motor cant or wont index on ❓
Has anyone come across this before because the timer seems expensive and hard to get hold, of cons wont waite 2 weeks. 🙁Ta

Wiring harness connections to pump and to the motor will cause this. Also when it stops “for hours”, can you open the door during that period? If so, Interlock failure. 😉

This is a nasty one, several times when I twisted the board slightly it did index through the rinces but I cant find any probs on modual and I cant tell which connector is ify. When you twist the board in a certain place you also pull slighty on all the cables held in the modual casing so I cant tell which ones are loose.
I unclipped all of them, moved & taped them to no avail. It wouldn’t do it again. They all test ok with a tester.
I guess it must be a connector in that corner but is it worth another go I have already spent nearly 2 hrs there already 😯Thanks again
