Technic integrated D/W

Customer phoned from work so I don’t have exact model number. I did a circulation pump on this machine earlier this year. It was a Whirpool with the huge Askoll pump that was leaking, think it was German made.

Now she says it is taking over 3 hours to complete a cycle, it is heating the water and she thinks she can hear a clicking noise from the control panel.

She is going to let me have the correct model number later, any known causes of this ?
