Customer just phoned from work so she doesn’t have full model number.
I did a circulation pump on this earlier in the year, it was to replace the large Askoll pump. I think it was a German made Whirpool.

She now says that it is taking over 3 hours to complete a cycle, it is heating the water and she also thinks she can hear a faint clicking noise from the control panel.

She is ringing me later with full model number, any known causes of this problem?

    It’s certainly a Whirlpool, the 12nc is 854567715710

The clicking could be a dry joint on the control PCB around the heater relay

    😕

Thanks Dave, I cannot believe the number of dishwasher calls I have had in past 3 days, almost 50/50 with washer/tumble dryer calls. 😯

I have arranged to go next week, customer has just said that it did not appear to heat on last use, may have something to work on in that case. 8)
