Proline upright freezer door seal needed

I’ve remarried and “inherited” an upright Proline freezer. There are no instructions for it and although I’ve tried really hard, I can’t find a model number. If it’s on the back, I won’t be able to get to it anyway. I’ve measured it and looked at photos on a website and I think the model number might be UF200. The problem is that the door seal is split, causing the top part of the freezer to ice up very quickly.

Any idea where I can find a new door seal, please?
