    been to one recently..double oven..cant remeber model right now,
    ive treid everything to get it to work properly
    ie new fan element, stat, fan, tocs…you name it ive treid it…
    have been told by an extra-care engineer that their was a whole batch of ovens made in a (factory down south which is now closed) that dont work properly….and there is no fix for them….appart from customer complaining loudly and receiving an exchange.

    ANY-ONE ELSE CAME ACROSS THIS…..

    seem to remember that some of these ovens were fitted with low wattage fan elements and were not up to the job. Have you checked the wattage of the element, if its 1500 watts or less, thats where the problem is.

    its had at least 2-3 new elements 2.2kw with no change in performance…
    according to my source their just a pig in a poke with no cure
