    Hi,
    My Candy ECO1201 refuses to empty the drum of water and is not spinning properly. Any ideas if it will just be the pump, or could it be the carbon brushes, or both. Anyone know if they’re easy to fit yourself?

    Something stuck in pump or pump itself. Unplug power if you are going to look yourself. Or Repairs@ for an engineer.
