    Hi,
    went to a Bosch WTL6304GB/02. All it does on switch on is flash the drying light and beep 8 times. Any ideas? The carbon brush is ok, rear thermistor around 22k. I have no fault codes for this dryer.
    Cheers,
    Happy Christmas to all

    Hi
    Sounds like faulty NTC/s or broken cable from them to pcb.
    NTC (R2) sits above the heater unit
    NTC (R3) sits at front in recess below door aperture below grill, (metal probe)
    You will ned to confirm that they are within tolerance aswell as continuity as mentioned before.
    Check email for NTC values 😀

    I can’t remember without looking it up………
    Is it a condensor? ❓
    If so have you checked that the condensor unit behind the kick panel is clear as this will cause lights flashing and a shutdown too, is very very common. If so take it out and give it a good wash. 💡
    Also, try cleaning off the paddles with some white vinigar as sometimes you can get a fab conditioner build up on them causing a sensordrying fault, also they wont dry without damp/wet laundry in them.
    Hope this is of some help 😉

    Hi,
    Just to update incase anyone else in the same situation;
    The control pcb had been damaged by fluff escaping the front seal. This then caused tracking across component, and throwing up the ntc fault. Tried to clean it up but have had to quote for new pcb.
    Thanks for the help.
    Happy Christmas
