Have a Hotpoint FFA70 F/F, the fridge drain blocked looks to be blocked with ice? Have repaired a few faulty on the freezer side, customer said her son could not unblock fridge drain. The defrost pipe is in inside cabinet, there is a block a few inches from the compressor.
Anyone else had the same? How easy is it to melt the ice?
