John gets to do his monthly updates, I was feeling left out :lol:….

Just to let you all know that all the accounts have been moved to Kilmarnock where all the admin and ordering of ISE was already being carried out. There’s several reasons but the primary one is to make the operation a lot better and faster for us as well as you.

Another reason is to better co-ordinate the appliance web sales, which I do know a few of you have now had. We’ve also had many of you tell us that you’ve had enquiries from the ISE site, just brilliant that is.

Other than the address you send ISE all your money to (:lol: I wish) there’s basically no change in day-to-day operations but you may notice a few changes here and there that are of little concern to you, they are of concern only to administration and accouting only really. Essentially it allows everyone one point of contact for ordering, service, spares and accounts and I’m currently making sure that the primary contacts there, David and Tracey, can answer almost any question that John, Sean, Kevin or I can other than the technical stuff.

Please bear in mind that John, David or Tracey are not really technical, a fact that they would all acknowledge gladly. Primary contacts for tech info is Sean, Kevin and myself. Personally I think we got stitched up there, but there you have it.

For the website (ISE or UKW) the primary contact is me, I get all the good jobs I do! :rolls:

If you need any changes made just let me know.

However, right now there’s a small database issue on the ISE site due to the change of servers, there’s some on UKW as well, which should be resolved soon enough I hope. So I’d ask that you bear with me while these problems are resolved, but resolved they will be.

Yes, we are looking to expand the product range. Yes, we are looking at a semi/light-commercial/heavy duty domestic. Yes, we are looking at a dishwasher and tumble dryer. No, I’m not telling you when, who or what just because I like a bit of suspense. 😉

Hopefully that kills a lot of rumours.

One you will know about soon enough is the WEEE Directive. John, really smart dude even if he doesn’t admit it, has found a way for the independents to comply at zero (yes, you read that correctly, 0, zero) cost. You’ll learn more about that soon enough in an email that will be sent to all ISE dealers. Trials are imminent.

See, we don’t sit about drinking coffee all day. Some of us prefer tea. 😉
