    And todays stupid question is….. How do you register the guarantee? Fitted SBIO for a rental agency, appliance had no card. Rang through to AIS (the only UK number on the paperwork) and they had no idea.

    try ringing Arien Refrigeration 01706 640561, they’re Nardi disributors and may be able to help.

    Just don’t buy any parts of them, tried to charge me £35.00 for a Zanussi washer door lock a couple of years ago. I needed one urgently, but not that urgently. :rolls:

    I’ve not bought anything from them for probably 15 years, since the graded machines they supplied me with were just botched-up faulty ones.
