    Hi
Sorry for delay. Remove and clean filters, then before putting them back, look inside recess where filters were and at app 3 o’clock position, there is a roundish unit. carefully clean that thoroughly but do not poke anything through its grill as you may puncture its diaphragm.Re assemble and test.

Hi many thanks for you response, ive checked the filters and cleaned them also the 1 at 3 o’clock position, put it back together and tested, it still flashes 8 times half way through a cycle, could you please tell me what the 8 flashes means and if there is anything else i could try

    Hi
    Does the appliance drain correctly?
You could remove the front plinth and see if there is any water in the drip tray aswell? Un plug appliance first and be careful of the edge of the drip tray as its its razor sharp ❗
Failing that you may have a faulty Water Indicater (unit at 3 o clock)and/or faulty module.
It may be worth checking wiring from WI to module to be sure.
If in any doubt please feel free to use the link below to find an engineer in your area.
