If you mean that the first neon from the left is flashing then that signifies that you have water in the base. It could be an internal leak or due to using 3 in 1 or 4 in one tablets, these can cause over foaming and flood the base.
As this is an integrated machine you will need to pull it out, hoping that whoever fitted had more than the usual single brain cell that most kitchen fitters are blessed with. Then place some towels on the floor and tilt the machine backwards or to either side. If you get water flowing out from underneath, this will confirm a flooded base. You could then try the machine again, if the fault occurs again fairly quickly then you need to find the source of the leak.
