We have installed stackable washer and dryer in our closet . Washer legs are installed properly as in the user guide. However, everytime the washer starts to spin the machine starts trembling and moves out of its space to the point that we have to briefly turn it off. The problem exist even when the spinning program is set up for low. In effect we can not use final spinning program and the regular spin needs to be turn on low speed. Then washed clothes are still damp /sometimes soaking/ that requires double time to dry them.
The washer is installed on the hardwood floor, properly leveled and its leg are locked. What can we do to solve the problem and be able to use the machine without any limitation ❓

Is ther springiness in the wood floor or does the washer rock due to one of the legs not touching floor properly?

    Hi
Have you removed the transit bolts from the washing machine?

The washer is installed on the hardwood floor

Nearly always the cause of excess vibration. Keep legs as short as possible.

I have seen customers stand their m/c’s on paving slabs to solve the problem 😉
