    I have a neff 1031-1 and the fan oven has stopped working.
    The gril works and the fan works yet no heat is generated.

    any ideas what this could be??
    Does anybody have a link for the instruction manual???

    Element usually. Check out Repairs@ for one of our independant engineers Or Shop@ for the part. isolate Power if you are looking yourself.
