Just moved back into a house I’d been renting out. Nice Belling dual fuel cooker. Now most of it doesn’t work! I’m starving now!!! 🙁

They mentioned they’d “fixed” it which is kind of the t*ssers since it was almost brand new.

Having cleaned all the grease off the thing (flithy b*stards!!!) 👿 I’ve got the timer module out.

My question! Does any kind person know which wires should go to which terminal please? The moron had by-passed one of the relays(?) and used a terminal block. The grill worked. The main fan worked. Google doesn’t help…

    Info:
At the top of the timer board are two sets of posts, plugging into what looks like 15v Siemens relays. At the bottom are a single pair of posts. There is a buzzer and a control IC with Diehl 9917HCF on it.

Bottom pair had Red and Black.
Top right pair had White(s) andBlue
Top left pair had nothing – moron had taken a red and a yellow and chock_blocked them tgether.

I put an ac meter on each wire and got the following (which makes no sense to me at all):

White wires (two, clipped together to same terminal) = 12v
    Black wire = 12v
    Yellow wire – 0v
    Blue wire = 12v
Red wires (one wire but two connectors) = 230v

    Any help gratefully received!!!!

Sounds as if someone has tried to bridge the clock out, probably as it was faulty.

    I think you’re right. 🙁

Well, I guess I’d better get someone in to fix it then. Don’t think you can do turkey in a microwave… 🙁

Is there any way of by-passing the timer so all of the oven works please? It’s just occurred to me that nobody is going to stock the timer so Christmas is out.

    🙁
