F & P 703 rinse prob

Hi all, first of all how do I bring up the fault codes on these machines? (703 about 10 yrs old).
Problem: Dosn’t rince properly on 1st spray rince (water not on early enough?) then stops after 1st rinse cycle and then have to advance to 2nd rinse then press start again. End result clothes not rinsed properly.

Any help would be much appreciated, the wife is on my case……… O can fix anything just need a point in the right dirrection.
